Exhibition of the 2023 Award Winning work opens at The Goldsmiths' Centre, London

Founded over one hundred years ago in 1908, the Goldsmiths’ Craft and Design Council (GC&DC) is a non-profit making organisation that encourages, stimulates and promotes excellence in the jewellery, silversmithing and allied industries in the UK through its prestigious annual awards, known fondly as “the Jewellery Oscars”.

Discover a selection of this year’s glittering line-up of award-winning work in GC&DC’s free exhibition staged here at the Goldsmiths’ Centre, for the first time in the year of the awards. You will be able to enjoy seeing creative designs and incredible handcrafted jewellery, silversmithing and objet d’art, sparkling with precious metals and gemstones, from emerging and established designers, makers and craftspeople.

This year GC&DC received around 700 competition entries of two and three-dimensional work from across the UK. All award-winning work on show was considered with a critical eye by over 100 judges for their quality and complexity.
